This year is the year I will experience most of my hair growth because I now know what works well in my hair and I know that my ultimate goal is health and growth.
By this being said...........
Start trying to obtain hair health to obtain hair growth. Many naturals want long beautiful curls but don't want to put in the work, time, or effort to give it that tender, love, and care. IT IS A NEW YEAR so lets leave the heat alone and stop messing with it so much. Do more protective styles and leave it like that only adding water, for weeks at a time.............Hair hates when it is constantly messed with.............Don't you hate when people constantly mess with you when you are trying to sleep or nap or eat.....Well so does your hair!!!!!
